Quality is a full-time responsibility.
Our quality control system is designed to be consistent with international quality management and assurance standards.
Our QA/QC program is designed so that work by Vectras and its subcontractors is performed and reported in accordance with the project’s contract documents. A project team comprising the Project Manager, Project Superintendent, Field Superintendents, Crew Foremen, Project Engineer and Purchasing Manager controls project documentation, ensures that all testing is correctly performed and recorded, and maintains qualification records.

Quality policy
We are committed to providing quality services in laying cross-country pipelines and associated works, in line with customer requirements and applicable regulations, to the satisfaction of our customers.
We aim to continually upgrade our technical capabilities by providing adequate training and building a dedicated workforce. We strive to remain competitive, deliver quality services on time and continually improve process performance through regular review of our Quality Management System.
Zero-accident safety program.
The safety and well-being of personnel, property and equipment — whether our customers’, our subcontractors’ or our own — is of primary concern to Vectras. We strive for full compliance with applicable local, state and central occupational health and safety requirements.
We operate under a comprehensive safety program with a goal of zero accidents. The program is readily modified to include site- or project-specific requirements and, where appropriate, these practices are permanently incorporated into our regular programs.
Environmental protection at every site.
Vectras emphasises protection of the environment at all times, and all personnel are instructed and trained in the proper handling, storage and use of possible contaminants. During construction we clean the working area daily, disposing of excess materials and debris and removing trash from the site as necessary.
Oil- and paint-soaked rags and other waste are disposed of at a sanitary landfill in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. When construction is complete, all temporary construction materials and other traces of construction are cleaned and removed from the project site.
